Order Cancellation

Orders for custom-printed T-shirts cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as printing begins immediately.

Refund Eligibility

• Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• Incorrect item received

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed via Cashfree within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
